Shipping Policy
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through reputed courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/Post Office norms. Customised orders may take longer and the said delivery date will be agreed upon with the customer on order confirmation.

Stacksthat is not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company/ postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Courier Company or postal authorities within 3 days from the receipt of the order or as per delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as specified at the time of the order. Stacksthat is no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Rates will be Standard Delivery

Return & Exchange Policy
If you experience any issues with the product, please contact Stacksthat's customer service at support@stacksthat.in. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused and in its original condition, including the packaging. Please include the order details, photographs of the damaged product, and your contact details in your communication to us, and we will respond within seven days. If you feel the product isn't as advertised, you can notify us via email within 24 hours of receipt for us to review the comments and make an appropriate decision, with a response within seven days.
